Any advice?        It’s not as easy as it seems, being a waitress. Always keep a smile and always have a positive attitude.

What have you learned about yourself?    I’ve gained better social skills.

How has this job influenced choices you make?

It helps me joggle life in a more productive way. Working at Domo Sushi, you have to remember that salads go with certain meals, what’s in every meal/sushi roll. You have to know what else comes with certain meals. Some sushi makers don’t speak English, so we have to write everything down a certain way. We also have to remember what everything means that’s in Japanese and translate everything.
